  • What happens if I don't like my hair?

At Alchemy Salon, we understand that sometimes small adjustments may be needed to reach your hair goal. That’s why we’re always here to go above and beyond so that you’re loving the result of your hair. As a small business, we want to hear from you, and genuinely want to thank you for giving us the opportunity to make things right.

If ever you’re not fully loving your hair, reach out to us directly. We kindly ask that you please reach out to us within 2 weeks of your original service so that we can do everything we can to have you feeling and looking like your very best self. We do not offer refunds for services received at this time.

  • What is your cancelation/late policy?

We kindly ask for all cancellations to be made a minimum of 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. If a cancellation is not made within the specified time frame, we will charge the credit card on file 50% of the total cost for your scheduled appointment.

No shows will be charged 100% of the service scheduled.

Clients that are more than 15 Minutes late to their appointment may have to be rescheduled to avoid affecting the following appointment times

  • What methods of payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, gift cards and cash. Checks cannot be accepted.

  • What is a Keratin Smoothing treatment?

At Alchemy Salon, we carry the Keratin Complex Natural Keratin Smoothing treatment, which is chemically minimal, 100% formaldehyde free, and suitable for use on all hair types and textures. This treatment does not straighten your hair but instead smoothes, relaxes, and defrizzes the hair resulting in maximum shine, increased manageability, and overall health. With the proper use of sulfate free at-home products, your curl, frizz, and natural texture will slowly return to normal over the next 5 months. We recommend waiting 2 weeks between your Keratin Smoothing treatment and any color services.

  • Can I bring my child to my appointment?

We understand that bringing your children to the salon during your service may be convenient or even necessary at times, but at Alchemy Salon we feel that children who attend their parents’ appointments at the salon pose a safety issue. We work with sharp scissors, hot tools, chemicals, and other equipment in the salon and we do not have an area designated for children, nor do we have staff that can keep an eye on them while you receive your service. We kindly ask that parents visit our salon without their children unless the child has an appointment.

Please understand that our concern is for the safety of your child, for other guests, and for our staff. Thank you for understanding!
